This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all users' use of the 458 platform in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 458 platform, you hereby agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 458 as the platform operator. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
The 458 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 458 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to satisfy this requirement.
Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one account only on the 458 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date whenever changes occur. 458 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must:
458 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security responsibilities set out above.
As a user of the 458 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You prohibited from:
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any remaining balance, and further legal action as required.
All financial transactions on the 458 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via payment methods supported by the platform at the relevant time, including but not limited to local internet banking and recognised digital wallets.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is your own and is legally valid. 458 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method at any time for verification purposes.
In the case of withdrawals, 458 reserves the right to:
458 does not bear any fees charged by financial institutions or third-party payment providers in connection with transactions made by users. All minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated in the user's account at the relevant time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 458 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. 458's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All content, designs, software, logos, trademarks, brand names, graphics, and other materials on the 458 platform are the exclusive property of 458 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written permission from 458.
458 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the absolute discretion of 458 to protect the integrity of the platform. In cases where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, 458 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance held in that account.
The 458 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational convenience only. 458 does not endorse, approve of, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. You access those links entirely at your own risk.
458 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, legal changes, or platform improvements. Notice of changes will be posted on the platform with the new effective date.
It is your responsibility to check this Terms & Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
